The Trainer Labs – Terms & Conditions
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
The Trainer Labs is a professional trainer cleaning specialist, providing cleaning, restoration, and care services for footwear.
These terms apply to all services provided by The Trainer Labs.
2. Condition of Trainers
Customers are required to disclose the condition of their trainers prior to service, including any prior damage, custom modifications, or repairs.
We accept trainers in all conditions; however, customers acknowledge that results may vary based on age, wear, and material.
3. Liability for Second-Hand or Custom Trainers
The Trainer Labs is not liable for any damage that may occur during cleaning or restoration of second-hand, previously worn, or custom-modified trainers.
Custom modifications include, but are not limited to: repaints, re-glues, sole swaps, stitched add-ons, or use of non-original materials.
If damage occurs to second-hand or modified trainers during service, we will offer a gift card equivalent to 75% of the trainer’s estimated current market value as a gesture of goodwill. No monetary refunds will be issued.
4. Service Timeframes
Turnaround times vary based on the service requested and the condition of the item. Estimated timeframes will be provided upon booking but are subject to change.
5. Unclaimed Items
Items not collected within 60 days of completion may be disposed of or donated at our discretion.
6. Photos & Media Use
The Trainer Labs may take before and after photos of your trainers for quality control and marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.
7. Payments
Full payment is due upon collection or before return postage. We accept card, cash, or digital payment methods.
8. Agreement
By booking a service with The Trainer Labs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
